Who we are
This site is run by Implode LLC, a Texas company. Dashboard Works is a service offered by Implode LLC that builds custom operations dashboards for small businesses. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Implode LLC.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus the basics any website needs to work.
- When you book a Process Map: your company name, website, number of employees, what you tell us about your business, and your name, phone number and email.
- When you contact us: your name, email, phone number and your message.
- If you are a client: your name, email and password for your login, plus the project details, change requests and support messages you send through your dashboard. Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read.
- When you visit: your IP address and browser type, which we use to keep you logged in and to block spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up a Process Map
- To run your project and your client dashboard, and to send you emails about them, such as login invitations and replies to support requests
- To keep the site secure, for example by limiting repeated login attempts and form submissions
We do not sell or rent your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies, and only the ones the site needs to work:
- A session cookie that keeps you logged in as you move between pages
- A security cookie that protects forms from being submitted by other websites
- A “keep me logged in” cookie, only if you tick that box when you log in
We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
The booking and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a person and not a spam bot. It looks at information about your browser and device, and Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy policy. It does not use that information for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run this site, such as our hosting company, the service that delivers our emails, and Cloudflare for the spam check on our forms. They may use it only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact requests for as long as we need them to follow up with you. We keep client account and project information for as long as we work together, and afterwards as long as we need it for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use our contact form and we will reply within one business day.
Keeping it safe
Information you send us travels over an encrypted connection. Access to the admin side of the site is limited to our own staff, and each client can see only their own business’s data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
